AKINT.AI is a brand of AKINT Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland, NIP 9512387797, REGON 360716739, headquartered at ul. Puławska 465, 02-844 Warsaw.
02Services and engagement
We offer four engagement types: AI Operations Audit (2 weeks, fixed price), Agent Sprint (6 weeks, fixed scope), AI Operations Care (monthly, per agent), and Fractional CAIO (quarterly, embedded). Each engagement is governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before work begins.
Pricing on this website is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in the SOW.
03Intellectual property
- Deliverables (code, prompts, workflows, documents we ship to you) — you own them. Full assignment on full payment.
- Methodology and tools (our audit frameworks, reusable templates, internal libraries) — we retain. You receive a perpetual license to use within your organisation.
- Third-party software (n8n, Monday, model APIs) — governed by each vendor's own terms.
04Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. No client data is used for training, no client name is used in marketing without explicit written consent, no client logos appear on this site without written approval.
05Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by Polish law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., gross negligence, wilful misconduct).
06Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Fixed-price engagements (Audit, Sprint) are billed pro-rata for work completed. Retainer engagements (Care, CAIO) may be terminated at the end of any billing month.
07Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably go to the competent court for Warsaw.
