01Who we are
AKINT.AI is a brand of AKINT Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company based at ul. Puławska 465, 02-844 Warsaw, Poland. We are the data controller for any personal data you submit through this site.
02What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, optional company, optional message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Cal.com bookings — name, email, intake form answers. Stored by Cal.com (EU servers) per their DPA.
- Cookie / consent technology — Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam (privacy-preserving, no tracking).
- Server logs — IP address, browser, page accessed. Kept 30 days for security, then deleted.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any cross-site tracking on this site.
03What we don't collect
- No marketing trackers, no remarketing pixels, no behavioural profiling.
- No data sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
04Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, port it to another provider, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@akint.ai with subject line "GDPR request". We respond within 30 days.
05Data retention
- Inquiry data: 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted.
- Active client data: as long as our engagement runs, plus 5 years for accounting compliance.
- Server logs: 30 days.
06Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar local storage in two categories:
- Essential — a small local-storage entry that remembers your cookie choice and basic display preferences. These are required for the site to function and need no consent.
- Optional (consent-based) — when you accept, we load the embedded Cal.com booking calendar, which may set its own cookies to run the scheduler. If you choose “Essential only”, this is not loaded and the booking links simply open Cal.com in a new tab instead.
We use no analytics, advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the cookie banner appear again.
